We always have a fresh catch! 🎣

Here is one of our previous specialties…seared sheepshead. Presented on a bed of charred Ambrose Farms peas & purple fingerlings. Last but not least, topped with celeriac, pea shoots and grape gastrique. A spectacular presentation as well as taste!
