Tai Chi is a new class held at South Bay on Wednesdays at 1:00pm in the wellness studio for residents to enjoy! This class has been highly requested . Residents are very excited to have Amy Parker instruct Tai Chi.
Tai Chi, also called Tai Chi Chuan is a noncompetitive, self-paced system of gentle physical exercises and stretching. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.
